Does my Pass have access to Crans-Montana?

Pass Holders without unlimited access to Crans-Montana can use a discounted ticket to access the mountain once all of their included days are used. The following Whistler Blackcomb Pass Holders will also receive 50% off lift tickets at Crans-Montana: Whistler Blackcomb Unlimited Season, Spirit Pass, Sea-to-Sky Pass, Student Pass, and Gap Pass.

Epic Passes are non-refundable except as set forth in the Epic Coverage terms and conditions. Peak Day Restrictions apply at Crans-Montana.

How do I access the lifts at Crans-Montana?

Epic Pass holders traveling to Crans-Montana will need to pick up a Crans-Montana access card at a ticket window prior to getting on the lifts. Ticket windows are located at all three gondola base areas. Pass holders will be asked to present proof of a valid Epic Pass or Whistler Blackcomb media card*, and valid photo ID at a Crans-Montana ticket window to validate access. Once validated, Pass Holders will receive a Crans-Montana access card that requires a deposit of 5 CHF (Swiss francs). Deposit will be refunded when the media card is returned.

*Proof of an active pass can include a physical Pass card valid for the current season, an active Mobile Pass in the My Epic app, confirmation email, pass number or screenshot of your Active Pass in My Account.

Are resort closure events at Crans-Montana covered by Epic Coverage?

No. Only North American resorts are covered by Epic Coverage at this time. Epic Pass Holders will not be able to select Crans-Montana as a Primary Resort, and any resort closures or cancellations at Crans-Montana will not be covered by Epic Coverage.

Can I purchase an Epic Pass at Crans-Montana?

No. Epic Passes can be purchased online and should be purchased in advance of arriving at Crans-Montana.

Can I pick up or print my Epic Pass card at Crans-Montana?

No. If you are a new Epic Pass Holder or if you purchased a different pass from last season, you will receive your pass card in the mail once you have uploaded a photo and signed the electronic release of liability. If you haven’t received your card, please visit My Account to confirm these steps have been completed.

If you are a renewing Epic Pass Holder, your new pass will be available through your existing pass card; you will not receive a new card in the mail.

Mobile Pass on the My Epic app cannot be used for lift access at Crans-Montana. However, Mobile Pass can be used as proof of a valid Pass to receive a Crans-Montana access card for eligible Pass Holders.

How do I purchase a discounted lift ticket at Crans-Montana?

Guests will be asked to present proof of a valid Epic Pass or Whistler Blackcomb media card*, and valid photo ID at a Crans-Montana ticket window to validate access. Once validated, Pass Holders will receive a Crans-Montana access card that requires a deposit of 5 CHF (Swiss francs). Deposit will be refunded when the media card is returned. You will be issued the appropriate days for your stay and will be able to purchase additional lift access via a discount lift ticket at 50% off if your total included days are exhausted.

If I purchase an Epic Pass, will I receive any benefits at Crans-Montana?

Yes. 2024-2025 Epic Local, Epic Australia and Epic Day Pass Holders with All Resorts Access can purchase single-day lift tickets for 50% off at Crans-Montana once your available days are used. Restrictions and exclusions apply. Terms and conditions will be released in conjunction with lift ticket sales. 



If I purchase an Epic Pass, will I receive Epic Mountain Rewards or other benefits at Crans-Montana?

2024-2025 Epic Pass Holders will not have access to Epic Mountain Rewards benefits at Crans-Montana for the 2024-2025 Winter season. 



If I purchase an Epic Pass, can I use my Ski With A Friend or Buddy Tickets at Crans-Montana?

2024-2025 Epic Pass Holders will not be able to use Ski With A Friend nor Buddy Tickets at  Crans-Montana for the 2024-2025 Winter season.
