Enrolling in Auto Renew guarantees you'll get the lowest price with the most benefits* for your Season Pass, every year. Sign up at checkout or opt-in at any time in My Account if you have an eligible Pass product. There is no additional charge to enroll in Auto Renew.

Plans change, and life happens. Call the Season Pass Call Center to change your Pass selection. Visit My Account to unenroll from Auto Renew before April 7, 2024 and you won’t be charged for next season's Pass(es).

You'll receive an email 30-60 days prior to the $49 down, non-refundable payment, once passes go on sale in the Spring. If your Pass was purchased using Epic FlexPay, our payment provider, Uplift, will contact you to confirm your payment plan selection.

Opt-Out by April 7

The deadline to opt-out of Auto Renew for the 2024/25 Winter Season is April 7, 2024. You can unenroll from Auto Renew in My Account. To make order changes or to update your payment information, contact the Season Pass Call Center.

Final Payment

Your remaining, non-refundable balance will be charged mid-September. You will receive an email 30-60 days prior with details of your upcoming charge.
Eligibility

Not all Season Passes are eligible for Auto Renew. Active and Dependent Military Passes, Epic Australia Passes, Family Passes, College Passes and certain Pack products are excluded. Visit our Policies page for a complete list of eligible Season Pass products and to review our Terms and Conditions. Pass Holders with ineligible Passes will not be able to opt-in to Auto Renew in My Account.

You can enroll in Auto Renew in two easy steps:

  1. Log into your account on EpicPass.com
  2. Toggle on Auto Renew under Passes

You can also enroll in Auto Renew at the time of your initial purchase by selecting Auto Renew at checkout.

Your non-refundable down payment of $49 + applicable taxes (per pass) will be charged in the Spring. We will email you 30 to 60 days prior to processing Auto Renew for the following season. The remaining balance will be charged in mid-September.
If you no longer wish to be enrolled in Auto Renew, you can opt-out in My Account. The deadline to opt out of the Auto Renew program for the 2024/2025 season is April 7, 2024.
Pass Holders who want to upgrade or change their pass while enrolled in Auto Renew can call Guest Services at (970) 754-0030. Or, visit EpicPass.com to purchase your desired pass. Be sure to select Auto Renew at checkout if you would like to remain enrolled in the program. Note: You will only be charged for your new Pass purchase, any passes previously enrolled in Auto Renew will be automatically removed from your account. Note that downgrades and most other changes cannot be made after the deadline to opt out of the Auto Renew program for the applicable ski and ride season.

To update your credit card information on file, please sign in to My Account on EpicPass.com and follow these steps:

  1. My Account
  2. My Profile
  3. Your Payment Information
  4. Edit Primary Credit Card

Simply purchase your Pass at EpicPass.com and select Epic FlexPay as your new payment method. To remain in the Auto Renew program, please select the Auto Renew box when prompted during checkout. Note: You will only be charged for your new pass purchase, any passes previously enrolled in Auto Renew will be automatically removed from your account.

Passes financed through Epic FlexPay and enrolled in Auto Renew will have loans automatically renewed the following season. Our Epic FlexPay provider Uplift will contact you before next year's Passes go on sale to confirm your payment plan selection.
